AFTER THE RECORDING

Volume is easy to start.
Consistency takes a system.

  1. 01

Each channel has its own voice.

Repeating the same edits across several channels quickly turns a simple idea into a daily operation.

  2. 02

A busy queue can hide weak clips.

A channel needs moments that stand alone, not just a large pile of candidates.

  3. 03

    Automation needs a boundary.

The right workflow starts with permission to use the source and a clear standard for what can be posted.

FROM SOURCE TO SHORTLIST

Set the standard.
Then keep it moving.

Start with a reviewed batch. Automation becomes useful once the channel’s quality bar and visual identity are clear.

  1. Add an authorised source.

Paste a YouTube link or upload a recording you own or are allowed to repurpose. On Max and Studio, Autopilot brings in new videos from the channels you follow.

    Own it or have permission
  2. Choose the channel’s look.

Set the Look for this video and review the moments that clear your quality bar. Adjust before repeating the workflow.

    Per-video settings and Looks
  3. Let Max follow the schedule.

Use Max auto-approval and auto-posting when the standard is ready. YouTube uploads currently stay private pending Google verification.

THE CONTROLS THAT COUNT

A queue with standards.
A look that stays yours.

Automation should carry your editorial choices forward. Keep the controls that define the channel close to the workflow.

01

A schedule that keeps moving.

On Max and Studio, Autopilot approves the clips that clear your quality bar and posts them on your schedule. Start with manual review while you tune what belongs on the channel.

Your show, with a consistent look.

Pick a theme, then save captions, words on screen, a hook and your brand colour as your own Look. Set the look for your account, then adjust it for a video or a clip.

Find a moment. Keep its meaning.

Creatr ranks candidates and explains why each moment works. Set your quality bar, then review the shortlist with the original conversation in mind.

Take the clip to your channel.

Download clips for your social platforms or connect your own YouTube channels. Free and Pro use manual posting; Max adds auto-approval and scheduled auto-posting.

YouTube uploads currently stay private pending Google verification.

THE SHORT-FORM FORMAT

A long recording.
A short way in.

Vertical video puts the speaker first. Captions make the conversation easier to follow. These stock samples show the format, not generated results.

A SOURCE-VIDEO BUDGET

Meter the source.
Keep every clip.

More good moments shouldn’t mean more per-clip charges. Credits cover the length of the video you add.

Example month: 20 sources × 90 minutes

Per episode
3 credits
For the month
60 credits
Max includes
100 credits

90 min → 3 credits (each started 30 min)

That’s 57¢ of your Max plan per source.

An allocation of the monthly price, not a separate charge. This example uses 60 of 100 credits, leaving 40. Each video rounds up to the next 30-minute block; the number of clips depends on the moments that clear your quality bar.

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you
bring the source.

The workflow, its limits and what stays in your hands.

Try Creatr free
01Can I run more than one YouTube channel?

You can connect multiple YouTube channels on every plan. Choose the posting destination and use per-video settings to keep different recordings distinct. This is one workspace, not separate client accounts.

02Can it watch channels for new uploads?

Yes, on Max and Studio: Autopilot clips each new video from the channels you follow. On Free and Pro, add each source with a YouTube link or upload. Connecting a channel for posting does not automatically import its new videos.

03Can I use clips from someone else’s show?

Only when you have the rights or permission to repurpose it. Finding a video online does not grant those rights. Review the acceptable-use and copyright policies before building a channel around third-party material.

04Does automation guarantee a full queue?

No. The quality bar determines which moments are kept, within existing per-video limits. Review the first batches and adjust your sources and standards; Creatr does not promise a fixed clip count or growth.

05How long can each source video be?

Each source can be up to 3 hours long. Credits round up per source in 30-minute blocks. Every generated clip is included; the number of clips depends on which moments clear your quality bar.

06Will Creatr publish clips without my approval?

Free and Pro use manual approval and posting. Max can auto-approve clips that meet your quality bar and auto-post on your schedule. YouTube uploads currently remain private until Google verification is complete. Downloads are available for posting yourself.

07Can I use Japanese or other spoken languages?

Yes. The spoken language is detected automatically and captions follow it; you can override the detection. The app is available in English and Japanese. Review names and specialist terms before sharing.
