AFTER THE RECORDING

The search is long.
The brief is specific.

  1. 01

A good source still needs a search.

The usable moment may be far from the opening. Scrubbing through every recording takes time before any editing begins.

  2. 02

Every brief has its own rules.

Duration, captions and source permissions can differ. A generated clip is a starting point, not automatic campaign compliance.

  3. 03

Speed is only half the job.

A hook needs context and a clean ending. The final call still depends on your editorial judgment.

FROM SOURCE TO SHORTLIST

A first pass for the source.
A final pass from you.

Use a shortlist to start editing, then finish against the actual campaign brief.

  1. Bring an allowed recording.

Add a source the campaign permits you to use. Creatr does not grant source rights or campaign eligibility.

    Check the brief and permissions
  2. Compare the candidates.

Review ranked moments and their explanations. Pick the story that can stand alone, not just the highest number.

    Ranked picks, with reasons
  3. Refine and deliver.

Adjust timing, caption words, hook and Look. Download the clip and submit through the campaign’s own process.

THE CONTROLS THAT COUNT

Less scrubbing.
More room for your edit.

A shortlist and a repeatable look make a useful starting point. Your brief decides what a finished clip needs.

02

You get the final cut.

Read the transcript, refine the timing and correct captions before you post. Keep the answer that stands on its own; discard the moment that needs too much context.

Your show, with a consistent look.

Pick a theme, then save captions, words on screen, a hook and your brand colour as your own Look. Set the look for your account, then adjust it for a video or a clip.

Keep the language of the moment.

The spoken language is detected automatically, and captions follow it. Override the detection when needed, then review names and specialist terms before sharing.

THE SHORT-FORM FORMAT

A long recording.
A short way in.

Vertical video puts the speaker first. Captions make the conversation easier to follow. These stock samples show the format, not generated results.

A SOURCE-VIDEO BUDGET

Meter the source.
Keep every clip.

More good moments shouldn’t mean more per-clip charges. Credits cover the length of the video you add.

Example month: 20 sources × 60 minutes

Per episode
2 credits
For the month
40 credits
Pro includes
50 credits

60 min → 2 credits (each started 30 min)

That’s 36¢ of your Pro plan per source.

An allocation of the monthly price, not a separate charge. This example uses 40 of 50 credits, leaving 10. Each video rounds up to the next 30-minute block; the number of clips depends on the moments that clear your quality bar.

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

The workflow, its limits and what stays in your hands.

01Does Creatr connect to clipping campaign platforms?

No campaign-platform integration or partnership is claimed. Use Creatr to prepare clips, then submit them through the platform or organiser’s own workflow.

02Will a generated clip qualify for a campaign?

That depends on the campaign’s rules. Check permissions, duration, format and any required wording. Review and edit every candidate against the brief before submitting.

03Can I change the opening and caption treatment?

Yes. Pick a Look and hook, correct caption words and adjust the start and end. Creatr provides an editable first cut; your final treatment can follow the brief.

04Can this guarantee earnings or views?

No. Creatr helps with source selection and preparation. Campaign approval, compensation and audience response are determined outside Creatr.

05How long can each source video be?

Each source can be up to 3 hours long. Credits round up per source in 30-minute blocks. Every generated clip is included; the number of clips depends on which moments clear your quality bar.

06Will Creatr publish clips without my approval?

Free and Pro use manual approval and posting. Max can auto-approve clips that meet your quality bar and auto-post on your schedule. YouTube uploads currently remain private until Google verification is complete. Downloads are available for posting yourself.

07Can I use Japanese or other spoken languages?

Yes. The spoken language is detected automatically and captions follow it; you can override the detection. The app is available in English and Japanese. Review names and specialist terms before sharing.
