MOMENTS WORTH SHARING

AFTER THE RECORDING

Teaching takes context.
A short clip has to keep it.

  1. 01

The explanation is inside the lesson.

The useful concept may be a few minutes of a long session. Finding it again takes another pass through the recording.

  2. 02

A quote is not always a lesson.

A short moment should give the viewer enough context to understand the idea, not just a dramatic line.

  3. 03

    Names and terms need care.

Automatic captions are a first pass. Your expertise is still needed for specialist language and a precise explanation.

FROM SOURCE TO SHORTLIST

Find the teaching moment.
Keep the meaning around it.

Use the shortlist to discover candidates, then check that each explanation works on its own.

  1. Add a permitted lesson.

Bring a lecture, interview or call you can legally repurpose. Get consent before using student or participant recordings.

    Lessons, interviews and consented calls
  2. Look for a complete idea.

Read the selection reason and the transcript. Keep the setup, answer and ending that the learner needs.

    Why this moment and transcript
  3. Refine the teaching clip.

Correct terminology, adjust the timing and choose a readable caption treatment. Review the final explanation before sharing.

THE CONTROLS THAT COUNT

Keep the explanation clear.
Make it easier to follow.

A teaching clip needs meaning, readable words and a complete thought. The controls are there to help preserve all three.

The final judgment stays with you. Original editorial illustration.
01

Find a moment. Keep its meaning.

Creatr ranks candidates and explains why each moment works. Set your quality bar, then review the shortlist with the original conversation in mind.

02

Keep the language of the moment.

The spoken language is detected automatically, and captions follow it. Override the detection when needed, then review names and specialist terms before sharing.

03

You get the final cut.

Read the transcript, refine the timing and correct captions before you post. Keep the answer that stands on its own; discard the moment that needs too much context.

Bring the long conversation.

Add interviews, lessons and speech-led recordings up to three hours long. Credits follow the length of each source, rounded up in 30-minute blocks.

THE SHORT-FORM FORMAT

A long recording.
A short way in.

Vertical video puts the speaker first. Captions make the conversation easier to follow. These stock samples show the format, not generated results.

A SOURCE-VIDEO BUDGET

Meter the source.
Keep every clip.

More good moments shouldn’t mean more per-clip charges. Credits cover the length of the video you add.

Example month: 8 sources × 90 minutes

Per episode
3 credits
For the month
24 credits
Pro includes
50 credits

90 min → 3 credits (each started 30 min)

That’s 54¢ of your Pro plan per source.

An allocation of the monthly price, not a separate charge. This example uses 24 of 50 credits, leaving 26. Each video rounds up to the next 30-minute block; the number of clips depends on the moments that clear your quality bar.

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you
bring the source.

The workflow, its limits and what stays in your hands.

Try Creatr free
01Can I clip a lecture or coaching call?

Yes, when it is a speech-led recording within the source limit and you have the rights and participant consent required to repurpose it. Avoid exposing private student or client information.

02Will Creatr judge whether an explanation is correct?

No. Ranking identifies editorial candidates; it does not certify educational, medical, legal or other subject-matter accuracy. Check the explanation and its context yourself.

03Can I correct specialist terms in the captions?

Yes. Edit the transcript words used in captions and adjust the cut’s timing. Review names, technical vocabulary and any term that changes the meaning of the lesson.

04Can a clip link back to my paid course automatically?

No course-platform or learning-management integration is claimed. Download and publish the final clips through your own course and social-content process.

05How long can each source video be?

Each source can be up to 3 hours long. Credits round up per source in 30-minute blocks. Every generated clip is included; the number of clips depends on which moments clear your quality bar.

06Will Creatr publish clips without my approval?

Free and Pro use manual approval and posting. Max can auto-approve clips that meet your quality bar and auto-post on your schedule. YouTube uploads currently remain private until Google verification is complete. Downloads are available for posting yourself.

07Can I use Japanese or other spoken languages?

Yes. The spoken language is detected automatically and captions follow it; you can override the detection. The app is available in English and Japanese. Review names and specialist terms before sharing.
