MOMENTS WORTH SHARING

An event recording, with more useful moments.
Original illustrative imagery. Not Creatr output.

AFTER THE RECORDING

The recording is valuable.
It needs a way back out.

  1. 01

    Long recordings sit unused.

The useful answer in a webinar can be buried inside a file that nobody on the social team has time to watch again.

  2. 02

The brand needs a steady look.

A busy content calendar should not require a fresh caption and colour decision for every clip.

  3. 03

Context matters more than output volume.

A quote that travels well still needs to represent the speaker and the brand accurately.

FROM SOURCE TO SHORTLIST

Repurpose the recording.
Review the message.

Use the material you already have, with an editorial review before it reaches your audience.

  1. Add the recorded session.

Upload a permitted webinar or add its YouTube link. Get speaker consent and permission to reuse event material.

    Webinars, interviews and events
  2. Prepare the brand treatment.

Choose a reusable Look and review the ranked moments. Edit names, timing and captions for the final message.

    Looks and editable captions
  3. Share through your own process.

Download clips for your social platforms or use connected YouTube posting. Team and stakeholder approval remain in your existing workflow.

THE CONTROLS THAT COUNT

The same brand.
A fresh point of entry.

Keep visual decisions reusable, and keep the editorial decision close to the actual conversation.

The final judgment stays with you. Original editorial illustration.
01

Your show, with a consistent look.

Pick a theme, then save captions, words on screen, a hook and your brand colour as your own Look. Set the look for your account, then adjust it for a video or a clip.

02

You get the final cut.

Read the transcript, refine the timing and correct captions before you post. Keep the answer that stands on its own; discard the moment that needs too much context.

03

Find a moment. Keep its meaning.

Creatr ranks candidates and explains why each moment works. Set your quality bar, then review the shortlist with the original conversation in mind.

Take the clip to your channel.

Download clips for your social platforms or connect your own YouTube channels. Free and Pro use manual posting; Max adds auto-approval and scheduled auto-posting.

YouTube uploads currently stay private pending Google verification.

THE SHORT-FORM FORMAT

A long recording.
A short way in.

Vertical video puts the speaker first. Captions make the conversation easier to follow. These stock samples show the format, not generated results.

A SOURCE-VIDEO BUDGET

Meter the source.
Keep every clip.

More good moments shouldn’t mean more per-clip charges. Credits cover the length of the video you add.

Example month: 8 sources × 45 minutes

Per episode
2 credits
For the month
16 credits
Pro includes
50 credits

45 min → 2 credits (each started 30 min)

That’s 36¢ of your Pro plan per source.

An allocation of the monthly price, not a separate charge. This example uses 16 of 50 credits, leaving 34. Each video rounds up to the next 30-minute block; the number of clips depends on the moments that clear your quality bar.

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you
bring the source.

The workflow, its limits and what stays in your hands.

Try Creatr free
01Can I use webinar and event recordings?

Yes, for speech-led video sources within the source-length limit. You need the right to process and repurpose the recording, including any required speaker or attendee consent.

02Can it publish directly to Instagram or TikTok?

Direct posting here is YouTube. Download files for posting yourself on other platforms. Platform badges on the stock-format examples do not indicate posting integrations.

03Does Creatr replace our stakeholder approval workflow?

No. Today there are no team seats, role-based approvals or shared stakeholder portal. Keep approvals in your existing process, then post the final files.

04Are uploaded files public by default?

Customer media is stored privately and accessed through signed links. YouTube uploads currently stay private pending Google verification. That does not remove your responsibility to get permission for sensitive recordings.

05How long can each source video be?

Each source can be up to 3 hours long. Credits round up per source in 30-minute blocks. Every generated clip is included; the number of clips depends on which moments clear your quality bar.

06Will Creatr publish clips without my approval?

Free and Pro use manual approval and posting. Max can auto-approve clips that meet your quality bar and auto-post on your schedule. YouTube uploads currently remain private until Google verification is complete. Downloads are available for posting yourself.

07Can I use Japanese or other spoken languages?

Yes. The spoken language is detected automatically and captions follow it; you can override the detection. The app is available in English and Japanese. Review names and specialist terms before sharing.
